Rita Heaw is a practising lawyer who acts in disputes involving construction matters, contractual claims, and general litigation. She also deals with family matters, probate and administration, and contract preparation. She is a volunteer lawyer at the National Legal Aid Foundation (YBGK). Prior to setting up the Firm, Rita was a legal assistant in Messrs William Leong & Co. Rita graduated from Multimedia University, Malaysia and was called to the bar in 2018.

Chia Yang graduated from Multimedia University, Malaysia with a bachelor's degree in law and was called to the bar in 2018. For the past 4 years, he was a manager of a Malaysian furniture retail outlet, having hands-on experience in business and management. He frequently reviewed contracts for and on behalf of the company, and created internal policy and guidelines for better administration and prevention of employment disputes.
